The Industria approach to Design-Build includes complete oversight of the design team in all disciplines throughout the design phase, including but not limited to review of scope, budget and schedule monitoring; constructability review; value engineering; and coordination of all design consultants. Industria facilitates this process and guides any subconsultant MEP design firms in adhering to approved scope throughout design while complying with client design guidelines. Industria knows the key to a successful Design-Build project is to bring the right project stakeholders together for timely decisions; verify scope, budget, and schedule; address delays with recovery plans; monitor cost to confirm the project is on budget; deal with overruns; and comply with all of our client’s requirements.
