Evans Hall Roof Replacement

The project work includes the replacement of the existing slate roof at Evans Hall with a new slate roof matching the original slate in material, shingle size (exposed area) and color of approximately 13,000 sf. This will include the replacement of the underlayment and flashing as required to make a complete contemporary water-tight installation as shown in documents. Work also includes the replacement of metal dormer roofing and siding, repairs to the existing gutters and downspouts, and replacement of the existing lightning protection with a new UL Master Label certified Lightning Protection system.
