Batir Partners JV – WOSB and 8(a)

Batir Partners JV is an SBA 8(a) Woman Owned Joint Venture between Batir and Industria Inc. Batir Partners JV has the experience, capabilities and resources to successfully deliver projects of varying orders of magnitude and complexity to government agencies across the Country. Both firms have worked in several states throughout the U.S.

Batir Architecture Ltd and Industria, Inc joined forces in 2017. Industria Inc is a graduate of the SBA 8(a) program. David Rambhajan, owner of Industria Inc, found the program so beneficial, he decided to share his knowledge with another 8(a) firm, Batir Architecture. This joint venture provides an ideal team to perform design-build projects. Batir provides the design part of the equation and Industria performs the construction duties. Industria is also serving as a “mentor” to Batir. Batir means “to build” in French. Paula Price, owner of Batir has a goal of becoming a design build firm. This Joint Venture relationship benefits both firms and creates an experienced team.

The advantage for Batir Partners JV is that we are a SBA 8(a) and WOSB Design Build Joint Venture. Batir has over 14 years of design experience working on design build projects. Industria, Inc has extensive experience with design build construction projects as well. The experience of both firms combined provides the best solution for our clients.

Batir Partners JV has the capabilities to finance, mobilize and manage small construction contracts – Batir Partners JV is comprised of Batir Design Build and Industria Inc., and between the two-member firms has sufficient capability to finance, mobilize and manage small construction projects. Our bonding capacity of $15M for Single Project, and $50M Aggregate is indicative of our formidable strength and combined experience.
