Construct Primary Care Clinic – Minneapolis VAMC

Industria (via Industria Pacific JV) was contracted to construct a new Primary Care Clinic including associated support functions: an infection control isolation exam room, procedure rooms specifically designed for the specialized treatments that are in high demand, patient care exam rooms, team rooms and shared medical appointment rooms. The new clinic will vastly improve patient care services for increased utilization, improve functionality and free up space in the Main Hospital for conversion of the Primary Care clinic space to Med/Surg Private patient beds. Industria provided labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, safety management, and quality control for the design and construction of a new 12,500 square foot healthcare facility with an attached 3,000 square-foot mechanical room at the Minneapolis VAMC campus. The new building was constructed as a single-story building with future vertical expansion capabilities incorporated into the design.
