Improvement and upgrade of the complex electrical equipment, components, and distribution equipment at Dispersal Barrier IIA. Constructed a power quality building which contains harmonic filters, switch boards, and mechanical equipment for the building. In addition, new electrical connections to transformers and Dispersal Barrier IIA were established.
