Lovell JOC – Building 4 Chapel Renovation
Location: Building 4, James A. Lovell Federal Health Center, North Chicago, IL.
Construction Cost: $ 332,590.00
Provided much-needed repair work to the approximately 3450sf. chapel, and allow it to once again serve Veterans. Scope of work included replacement of ceiling light fixtures, back-lighting for stained-glass pieces, VCT flooring with premium carpet. Repair and replace damaged portions of wall and ceiling damage and broken upstage wooden srtips.
