Construction of a new maintenance support facility to replace the existing obsolete facility. The maintenance support facility will serve the following functions: equipment maintenance and repair (motor shop), fabrication and machining (fabrication shop), and administration. This contract is for the supply and installation of a 27,625 SF pre-engineered metal building, including 3 overhead cranes, interior Steel Mezzanine deck, Office space, Break room, Locker room, and training spaces.
