Repair and replacement of masonry façade elements including shelf angles and parapets, replacement of 100% of window units, membrane roofing system and new roof access ladders.
Repair and renovation of main monumental entrance stairs, new exterior doors and door assemblies. New and refurbished exterior lighting.
New exterior fall protection system, and new exterior only lightning protection system. Accessibility upgrades including site work, signage, and doors. Mechanical work related to new roof. Plumbing work related to new roof.
