Industria Pacific JV LLC, as a joint venture, operated under a US Department of Veterans Affairs CVE approved joint venture agreement as a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Industria has been a general contractor for 25 years and is recognized at University of Illinois Chicago, Illinois Capital Development Board, Hines VA Hospital, Jesse Brown VA Hospital, Lovell VA Federal Health Care Center, Naval Station Great Lakes, IL and Tyndall AFB, FL for our Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services. Industria has performed on projects for various Federal agencies including but not limited to GSA, NAVFAC, and the Department of Veteran Affairs since 2007, and have completed over 300 projects totaling over $200 million dollars. Pacific Construction Services has over 25 years’ of construction experience, including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, MACC, MATOC, SATOC, SABER, Job Order Contracting (JOC), and other IDIQ programs for project delivery.
