Repair Building Envelope Building 134 C-Wing

The project scope was to completely repair the exterior of Building 134 C Wing at the FHCC. Building 134 is located at James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. Building 134 is a brick clad three story structure. Building 134 C Wing wall area is approximately 10,942 SF. The building was experiencing deterioration in certain areas and water penetration inside the walls. The primary goal was to stop the water penetration into the walls and preserve building’s exterior appearance and structural integrity. The project required coordination with Building users due to ongoing operations in the occupied facility.

Industria provided labor, material, and essential equipments to perform complete tuckpoining of all exterior mortar joints, replace damaged bricks, replace structurally unsound masonry walls, foundation crack repairing, replaced all damaged concrete lintels, sills and provided thru wall flashing.
