Exam Procedure Clinic

Renovation of approximately 3,000 GSF of vacated suite on concourse level of hospital. It included renovation of (4) new exam room, (2) procedure rooms, toilet rooms, lab, offices and work rooms, clean and soiled utility rooms, and support spaces. In addition, we installed new partitions, ceiling systems, finishes, millwork, doors, hardware, and wall protection. The project scope consists of mechanical work, controls, piping, fire protection, lighting, electrical power, data, fire alarm and other special systems.
