Celebrating our 17th Anniversary, Industria is a Professional Construction Services firm. We provide General Contracting and Construction Management Services for commercial facilities.

We believe it's important to partner with our clients &ndash working as a team to deliver the project. A project cannot be delivered successfully without the cooperation of a team which includes the Owner, Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors and any other Stakeholders.

We understand that keeping everyone on a project working together in a harmonious fashion is a highly complex task requiring planning, coordination, cooperation, communication and sometimes - compromise.

Our project managers proactively implement project controls with early warning systems to catch potential issues. Successful construction projects do not simply happen; they are made to happen. At Industria, we are construction project managers that - 'make it happen'.

We are currently in the SBA 8a Business Development Program. We are also an MBE/DBE, SDB, Veteran Owned (SDVOB) firm with our primary offices located in a HubZone. You can view and download our current certifications.
